Refund policy

At this time, all our papers and prints are printed to order. They are therefore non-refundable. Please note that we strongly advise ordering samples to avoid disappointment.

Rolls are printed in approximately 2 weeks and delivery is 3-5 days. For samples please allow 2-3 days for delivery. 

Prints are printed in approximately 1 week and delivery is 1-2 days in the UK and 5-7 days for International orders depending on location. 

International orders: We will gladly ship internationally. Please e-mail us directly with your wallpaper orders and we will create an invoice through the website and calculate shipping and fees based on your location.
